Type of Employment:

Work Location:
Slovakia, Czech Republic, Germany (the job requires travel).

Salary Conditions:
1,200 – 3,000 € per month + per diems, bonuses, rewards, compensation for kilometers driven and fuel consumption (based on the applicant’s experience).

  1. Are you an adventurer? We're looking for a category B, C, E driver for routes within the EU – mainly Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Germany.
  2. Are you a homelover? We're looking for a category B, C, E driver for the area around Nové Mesto nad Váhom, for regular routes and deliveries.
  3. Are you a retiree, employee, or student? Want to make meaningful use of your free time, eager to work and earn some extra money? We're looking for a category B, C, E driver for occasional shifts or afternoon routes, as needed.

Main Duties:

  • Transporting goods within Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Germany using assigned trucks, solo vehicles, or vans
  • Loading and unloading goods using an electric pallet truck
  • Securing cargo to prevent movement
  • Communicating with the dispatcher
  • Logging personal trips

Typical day in this position

Your day starts with a vehicle inspection, loading goods, and heading out on your route. While driving, you stay in contact with the dispatcher, who provides you with routing information and additional instructions. When necessary, you spend time on the road and aim to stick to time schedules. Upon arrival, you load or unload goods and secure them properly. After completing the job, you return to the base and log your trips.

1,200 – 2,000 € per month + bonuses and rewards (depending on the candidate’s experience).

Key Responsibilities

  • planning, optimizing, and maximizing route efficiency,
  • coordinating drivers and vehicles,
  • assigning trips to drivers,
  • monitoring vehicle status,
  • considering cargo type, weight, ADR requirements, and time windows,
  • daily communication with drivers, customers, and partners,
  • resolving unexpected situations (traffic jams, breakdowns, delays),
  • maintaining transport records,
  • working with transport management software,
  • checking tachographs and driving/rest times,
  • ensuring compliance with regulations,
  • making operational decisions.

Additional examples of typical tasks

  • Plan, allocate, and optimize daily vehicle routes according to customer specifications and requirements.
  • Resolve situations such as a driver being held up at customs with several hours’ delay.
  • Record completed trips and route changes in the software.
  • Inform customers of delivery adjustments.
  • Verify that vehicles for international transport hold all necessary permits.
  • Coordinate drivers’ activities on long hauls in compliance with AETR Regulation 561/2006.

Typical day in this role

You start the morning by checking vehicle positions against the previous day’s plan and instructions. Next, you work on trip schedules and plan loadings or unloadings. You verify the availability of drivers and vehicles, review GPS data, and check reports of any breakdowns or delays from overnight runs. You then coordinate the morning departures—assigning trips to drivers and providing necessary documentation (CMR, loading lists, instructions).

Simultaneously, you optimize load utilization and cost-efficiency of each trip using online transport portals and your customer network. You also handle operational changes—such as sudden vehicle outages, route adjustments, or driver swaps—and maintain client communication (confirming schedules, updating requirements).

Throughout the day, you track vehicle movements and update trip statuses in the system. You process and file documents from completed trips and address any in-transit issues (breakdowns, delays, traffic complications). In the afternoon, you prepare the next day’s trip plans—checking driver and vehicle availability once more.
