We provide both domestic and international freight transport. We carry out these services using a wide range of vehicles—from vans and solo trucks to FTL trucks and tractor-trailers. ❓ Do you also provide ADR transport of dangerous goods?
Yes, we have specially equipped vehicles and trained staff who comply with the latest ADR regulations for the transport of dangerous goods in accordance with applicable laws. We also provide all necessary documentation, shipment labeling, and coordination with the relevant authorities to ensure a smooth and hassle-free transport process.
❓ Do you offer GPS tracking for shipments?
Yes, with international road transport, you can track the location and status of your shipment in real time for greater transparency.
❓ How long does it take for you to ship goods?
Delivery time depends on the route and type of service (express vs. standard). Once your order has been finalized, we will provide you with an estimated arrival time for the vehicle carrying your goods.
❓ What types of vehicles do you have available?
We have a fleet ranging from small vans to tractor-trailers, suitable for various types of shipments, including pallets, oversized cargo, and ADR shipments. Our current fleet can be viewed in the Documents section.
❓What are the dimensions, capacity, and load capacity of your vehicles?
Our fleet consists of pickup trucks with cargo bed lengths ranging from 1.3 to 2.5 meters, a capacity of 1 to 2 pallets, and a payload capacity of 650 to 850 kilograms. Vans with lengths of approximately 4 to 5 meters can handle 8 to 12 pallets (850 to 950 kilograms). Solo vehicles with lengths ranging from 4.3 to 9.5 meters can handle 16 to 23 pallets/2 to 9 tons. FTL trucks with a length of 13.6 meters have a cargo capacity of 33 pallets and a load capacity of 24 tons. You can view more detailed dimensions in the Trucking section.
❓ Can you arrange for the storage of the goods?
Yes, the service includes storage, packaging, and the loading and unloading of goods.
❓ Do you also offer freight forwarding services?
Yes, in addition to transportation, we also provide freight forwarding services, including administrative support and transport coordination.
❓ How do I get a quote?
Prices are determined on a case-by-case basis based on weight, dimensions, distance, and the specifics of the shipment. Please contact us for an exact quote.
❓ What are the payment options and billing procedures?
We accept invoices in accordance with the agreed terms, including bank transfers. You can find our billing information on the Contact page.
❓ Do you also issue international shipping documents (e.g., CMR)?
Yes, we provide valid shipping documents, including CMR, for all international shipments.
❓ How do you handle complaints or damaged goods?
If the shipment is damaged, please file a claim with the driver immediately upon delivery. We will then handle the insurance claim in accordance with the terms of the contract.
❓ What does your range of earthwork and construction services include?
Earthwork includes excavation, site preparation, delivery of bulk materials, and demolition work.
❓ Do you rent out machines/equipment without an operator?
We currently offer vehicle rentals with a driver only.
